Job Description:

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a Scientific Society of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Job Profile

Project Manager:

  • Brainstorming, planning the project, Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members. Execution of each phase of the project.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validates and interprets dynamic material
  • Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues

 

Program Manager:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Manage budget
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.

 

Program delivery manager:

  • Manage a diversified team of technical experts and support staff
  • Establish Project Management and quality standards to ensure on time delivery of the project
  • Oversee the development of technical estimates, work plan, methodologies and deliverables
  • Monitor all project milestones,risk analysis and mitigation
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.

 

Knowledge Partner:

  • Use research theories, principles and models for Research and Development.
  • Create new products, redesign & improving existing products
  • Collaborations with organizations and institutes for research
  • Evaluate existing research techniques and recommend improvements to ensure quality and productivity
Salary Initial CTC (with min. exp required) Rs. 12.63 LPA – Rs. 22.9 LPA (Candidates with higher experience within the given bracket will be offered higher salary as per policy)
Duration Initially for a period upto 3 years
